Teambuilders Holiday Club 2026

More than 20 children joined us for three fantastic mornings at Teambuilders Holiday Club as we explored the stories of Joseph, Esther and Jesus and discovered what it means to be part of God’s team.

The church was full of energy, laughter, creativity and fun as children enjoyed a packed programme of Bible stories, songs, games, challenges, crafts and activities designed to help them learn, play and work together.

Creativity was certainly on display throughout the week! With plenty of glue, glitter, sparkles and imagination, the children created colourful Joseph’s coats, magnificent Esther crowns and sceptres, banners celebrating Esther’s story, team flags, and self-portraits showing themselves as disciples and members of God’s team. The craft tables were often delightfully messy as children threw themselves into every activity with enthusiasm and creativity.

Alongside the crafts, children learned new songs, took part in energetic keep-fit activities, listened to interactive Bible stories, and enjoyed working through their own special Teambuilders booklet, packed with stories, puzzles, activities and opportunities for reflection.

Teamwork was a key theme throughout the week. The children enjoyed a variety of games and challenges that encouraged them to work together, solve problems and support one another. The ever-popular parachute games were a particular highlight, creating plenty of excitement, laughter and memorable moments.

Each morning included a snack and drink break, giving everyone the opportunity to recharge and spend time chatting with friends old and new.

At the end of the club, every child received a Teambuilders goodie bag, containing a selection of toys, pencils, rubbers, sweets and a medal to celebrate their participation and all they had achieved during the week.

We are so grateful to all the children and families who joined us and helped make the week such a success. It was a privilege to spend time together learning about God, building friendships and discovering that everyone has an important place on God’s team.

We’re already looking forward to Teambuilders Holiday Club 2027 and hope to welcome many familiar faces, along with plenty of new ones, for another exciting adventure together.
